Reading, Signing, Q & A - Hillsides Elementary School! (Wed. Feb. 25th)

Gillian has been asked to Read and Sign and have a Coloring Session at the Hillsides School February 25th.  The Hillsides School is a school for Foster Care & Special Education for Abused Children.  Founded 95 years ago, Hillsides mission is to create a safe place for children, strengthen families, provide special education and advocate children's rights.  Hillsides works with many social and child services organizations, including LA County, Pasadena, Glendale, and San Gabriel Valley school districts.

2 Readings at The Center For A New Generation (Tues. Feb. 17th)



Gillian has scheduled a Reading, Q & A and Coloring session for the Center For A New Generation with a focus on literacy.  It is a foundation started by Condoleezza Rice in 1991. It's purpose is to increase literacy for children grades one to eight.  It is based in Menlo Park, California.  In 1996 CNG merged with the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Peninsula.  It is an innovative after-school academic enrichment program.  The goal is to increase the high school graduation rate by helping young students prepare for high school and college.  The program focuses on Math and Language Arts.  Electives such as Art and Music are offered to help students express their imagination and creativity.

Reading & Signing at The Laureate School San Luis Obispo,CA (Thurs, Feb. 13th)!


Gillian has multiple events booked at the Laureate School in San Luis Obispo, California.
She will be Reading, Signing, Coloring, as well as Q & A's.  The Laureate school is a private school with a 5 star rating.  Their mission is to educate students to become stewards, leaders and citizens of the 21st century's global world through project based learning, coursework in the arts, technology and foreign language and a school-wide character program.
